Physical Therapist Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered care in an outpatient orthopedic clinic
Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments

Complete accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support clinic culture and success
Physical Therapist Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program
Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in South Carolina
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
